This mission statement has guided our 45 year history ever since our founding in Aspen, Colorado. The Le Peep concept began in the late 1970's with one restaurant in a converted gas station and was an immediate hit, known for serving unique breakfast creations with high quality, fresh ingredients.

And we have made Le Peep a Hoosier tradition in creative and up-scale breakfast and lunch since 1988 with six locally owned and operated versions of the original. While Le Peep has changed much over these past 22 years, our dedication to this mission has always stayed the same.
